Operator and permitted use
These terms govern use of CIA at cia.christiancheese.com. Christian Cheese operates the application. By using the team workspace, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you are not authorized or do not agree, do not access the team workspace. Questions can be directed to mike@christiancheese.co.
Authorized users receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use CIA for permitted Christian Cheese business activities. This license does not grant ownership of the application, branding, or another party’s intellectual property. Public sample previews remain fictional and read-only.
Accounts and responsibilities
Use your own invited account, keep credentials and recovery links private, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for actions taken using your access and for promptly reporting suspected misuse. Permissions may be changed or access suspended when a person’s business role changes or to protect the service.
Do not bypass access controls, use another person’s account, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, upload information you are not authorized to share, or use CIA unlawfully. Access to financial records does not itself authorize spending, bank transfers, or changes to company ownership or investment arrangements.
Business records and confirmations
Submit records and source references you are authorized to provide. Check dates, quantities, units, financial categories, and reasons before confirming changes. CIA retains change history for accountability. Business information remains subject to the organization’s rights, applicable individual rights, and legitimate recordkeeping obligations; using CIA does not transfer ownership of your business records to an AI provider.
These terms do not amend employment, contractor, investment, ownership, or other separate business agreements. Responsibility and approval authority must come from the applicable business arrangement and application permissions.
QuickBooks and third-party services
Only an authorized owner may connect the intended QuickBooks company and confirm its identity. CIA’s current connector reads company information and financial reports; it does not create QuickBooks transactions or initiate bank payments. Intuit’s accounting authorization may be broader than CIA’s implemented read-only use.
QuickBooks, BancFirst, hosting, and other external services remain subject to their own agreements and availability. You are responsible for the subscriptions and permissions needed to use them. CIA’s connection is separate from your bank’s connection to QuickBooks. Disconnect instructions explain how the owner can remove CIA’s saved connection.
Reporting and AI limitations
Financial dashboards depend on the completeness, categorization, dates, and reporting basis of source records. Net profit is not the same as bank balance or available cash. Verify important figures against QuickBooks and relevant source records. CIA reports are operational information and do not replace professional accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Voice interpretation may be incomplete or incorrect. Review the transcript, product, quantity, unit, location, and proposed action before confirming a stock change. An AI suggestion alone does not authorize a business action. Avoid submitting unrelated sensitive information in dictation or notes.
Availability, changes, and ending access
CIA is provided as available for internal business use. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance, provider interruptions, or errors; uninterrupted operation and error-free outputs are not guaranteed. Keep appropriate source records and verify important decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
You may stop using CIA and request help with your data or account. The owner may suspend or end access for legitimate business or security reasons. Ending access does not automatically erase business records or audit history; retention and deletion are explained in the privacy policy.
Updates and contact
Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate team or account communication channel. Contact mike@christiancheese.co with questions, access issues, or requests concerning these terms.
